Mortgage Acct Commissions Analyst

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to interpret and track all variable compensation agreements. This individual executes calculations and payment for all variable compensation employees on a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and creates and posts all variable compensation journal entries. Essential duties include the following: Understands and applies accounting literature to ensure that all recorded payroll transactions are consistent with generally accepted accounting principles. Prepares various reconciliations of commission and payroll reports and agrees to the general ledger. Discrepancies are researched and resolved.
