Job Summary The Licensed Masters Social Work Case Manager will work in the Clinical Services and Population Health area. The LMSW Case Manager is responsible for providing support activities for members. This includes significant coordination with all departments as well as providers and community based organizations to promote effective, efficient care. Requirements EDUCATION Master’s degree in Social Work. LICENSING/CERTIFICATION Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with current active state license in good standing in the state(s) where job duties are performed required.
