About this role

011h diseña y construye edificios residenciales con un modelo integrado: proyecto, industrialización y obra en un mismo equipo, conectados por una plataforma digital propia que gestiona todo el proceso de principio a fin. Fundada en 2020, hoy suma más de 600 viviendas entregadas, 800 en ejecución y más de 1.100 en diseño para arrancar obra en 2027. Trabajamos con promotoras y fondos de inversión en obra nueva de viviendas, flex living y hoteles en Cataluña, Madrid, Levante y Costa del Sol. Nuestro objetivo es hacer la edificación más sostenible, rápida y accesible, industrializando y digitalizando un sector que todavía trabaja de forma artesanal.
