Position Overview The Associate Director of Nursing provides leadership, direction, program planning and clinical expertise to the United Health Services Nursing Departments. Facilitates the effective and efficient delivery of Nursing Services through the management of resource allocation and planning mechanisms in line management and staff capacities. In collaboration with Nursing Leadership and the Medical Directors from said units and other departments as required, directs quality improvement projects, patient care referral activity, budgeting, education, program development, strategic planning activities and marketing/networking.
