Position Overview Sign On Bonus Eligible, up to $25,000! UHS Wilson Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Unit Coordinator to support our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ICU Nurse Unit Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating the daily operations of the unit while promoting a caring, healing, and patient-centered environment. In this role, you will function as a clinical resource and role model for staff, monitor assignments and performance, identify potential operational or patient care concerns, and actively participate in Quality Improvement initiatives. This position works under the direction of the Nursing Manager and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Ethics for Nurses, and UHS and Nursing Division policies and philosophy.…
