About this role
Meet The Team We deliver common software modules for Cisco Network Operating System (NOS) IOS XR and work on forwarding infra-areas along with complete L2 forwarding (PD) portfolio on DNX (BCM chipset based) products. L2 PD includes EVPN (p2p/p2mp), VPWS, VPLS running over different transport services that forms the next gen network for SP/Webscalar customers. This complex network management needs different protocols e.g. ERPS, MSTP, PVRST, LACP, LLDP, L2PT, Dot1x for catering different requirements. Platform dependent handling for these protocols is owned by this team which requires day to day work in BRCM SDK microcode.…
