About this role

Location: PGIM Letterkenny - Hybrid 2 days p/week onsite What you will do Working in the PGIM People Team, we are looking for a collaborative, inquisitive, and analytical professional like you to fulfil the role of Senior Compensation Analyst within PGIM Total Rewards. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world and gain exposure to compensation and HR data and practices across different geographies. You will envision and create innovative solutions in support of PGIM’s dynamic business strategy as well as manage established HR analytical processes.
