Job Title: Lead DevOps Engineer Role Overview: The Lead DevOps Engineer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for building and operating production-scale platform engineering capabilities on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS/GKE). This role drives reliability, scalability, security, and developer productivity through standardized platforms, automation, and modern cloud-native practices. This role combines deep technical execution with leadership, owning platform architecture, enterprise DevOps capabilities, and developer experience initiatives, including Backstage-based internal platforms and AI-enabled delivery systems.
