JOB TITLE: Warranty Parts & Recovery Technician Club Car boasts a 60+ year history of industry-leading innovation and design, initially focused on golf cars and then expanding to commercial utility vehicles and personal-use transportation. GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The Warranty Parts & Recovery Specialist is the subject matter expert determining the root cause of parts returned under warranty and provides feedback to warranty, technical support, engineering, and supplier quality functions. This individual will also serve as the expert for all Club Car suppliers related to warranty claims submitted for review by the supplier for recovery.
