Stell dir vor …du bist die zentrale Führungskraft in unserem IQOS-Shop-in-Shop . Du gestaltest das Einkaufserlebnis aktiv, führst dein Team zu Bestleistungen und bist Markenbotschafter:in für IQOS. Du sorgst dafür, dass Kunden begeistert werden, Verkaufszahlen steigen und dein Team motiviert und gut gecoacht jeden Tag sein Bestes gibt. Du trägst die Verantwortung für die operative Organisation deines Shops, koordinierst Aktionen, behältst Lagerbestände im Blick und stellst sicher, dass alles reibungslos läuft.
