About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du bist federführender kreativer Kopf in einem interdisziplinären Projektteam aus Konzeptern, Designern, Architekten und Kommunikationsexperten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Creative Director zusammen und leitest Junioren sowie Mid-Level Art Directors fachlich an. Du entwickelst eigenständig anspruchsvolle Konzepte sowie kreative Designstrategien und präsentierst diese souverän und überzeugend direkt vor unseren Kunden. Du übernimmst mit hoher Eigenmotivation die kreative Verantwortung für zentrale Großprojekte und Pitches, stellst die gestalterische Leitlinie sicher und hältst Qualität, Zeit und Budget im Blick.…
