Stell dir vor …du bist ein wichtiger Teil unseres HR-Teams und sorgst dafür, dass hinter den Kulissen unserer deutschlandweiten Retail Touchpoints alles reibungslos läuft. Mit deinem Organisationstalent, deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise und deinem Blick fürs Detail behältst du auch dann den Überblick, wenn es mal hektisch wird. Du begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding, kümmerst dich um eine zuverlässige Personaladministration und stellst sicher, dass unsere HR-Prozesse effizient und professionell ablaufen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem HR-Team und den Führungskräften im Retail zusammen und bringst eigene Ideen ein, um unsere Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern.…
