Logistics Operator (Control Tower) Sr.staff Job Description Responsibilities Manage daily Control Tower operations across drayage, rail, transloading centers, warehouse operations, and OTR transportation. Monitor shipment movement and transportation performance to ensure timely execution while proactively resolving operational issues. Develop and maintain weekly and monthly operational reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations for management, customers, and headquarters. Analyze transportation data to identify trends, operational risks, service failures, and cost-saving opportunities. Manage relationships with ocean carriers, trucking companies, rail providers, warehouses, terminals, and other logistics partners to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.…
