Overview: Job Description Summary: Oversees the disability and workers’ compensation program for the organization. Acts as a liaison between internal partners and third-party administrator to review records, investigates claims, and assists in the evaluation of current offerings. Serves as the point of contact for injured staff. Partners with multiple lines of business, in order to successfully administer LOA, FMLA programs. Reviews current process flow and makes enhancements as appropriate. Job Description: Essential Functions: Utilizes data and applies cost analysis to compare and evaluate benefits plans. Performs FMLA/LOA/STD/WC administration. Responds to routine inquiries, assists with billing past due insurance premiums and drafts/sends correspondence as needed.…
