About this role
Under general supervision, the Cytotechnologist performs diagnostic cytologic evaluation of microscopic slides and cytopreparatory functions. Education: Successful completion of at least 60 semester hours in an accredited college or university with at least 14 semester hours in the biological sciences and 12 months of training in an accredited School of Cytotechnology. OR Successful completion (prior to 1977) of at least 60 semester hours in an accredited college or university with at least 12 semester hours in science, 8 of which are in biological sciences and 12 months of training in an accredited School of Cytotechnology.…
