Under general supervision, develops clinical expertise and offers educational programs directed at expanding and enhancing nursing and ancillary staff knowledge and clinical practice. Collaborates with clinical managers, clinical specialists, and clinical leadership to plan, implement, and evaluate programs to meet identified needs of the organization. Serves as organizational resource to promote evidenced-based practice and facilitate optimal patient outcomes within GBMC healthcare system. Education Bachelor’s degree in nursing required with a commitment to obtain a Master’s degree in 5 years Experience At least four (4) years' experience in Nursing with two (2) years concurrent experience applying educational concepts, including program planning and evaluation.…
