Als Werkstudent/Praktikant (m/w/d) in unserem Investment Management Team am Standort Frankfurt am Main oder Augsburg spielst Du dabei eine entscheidende Rolle! Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt das kaufmännische und technische Investment Management Team im Tagesgeschäft Du wirkst bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Reportings und Analysen mit Du unterstützt bei Due-Diligence-Prozessen, insbesondere bei der Zusammenstellung und Aufbereitung relevanter Daten und Unterlagen Du prüfst Mietverträge sorgfältig auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität Du begleitest An- und Verkaufsprozesse, z.
