About this role

We are expanding our Business Transformation team and are seeking a Process Architect Homecare (m/f/d). In this role, you will drive the design, testing, and deployment of all Homecare business processes within SAP S/4HANA, while defining and standardizing end-to-end patient-related processes across all functional streams (from e.g. sourcing, warehousing, Lead-to-Cash (L2C), finance, reimbursement, reporting). You will also drive process design along the E2E Homecare process across multiple applications relevant for SAP S/4 HANA process. You will collaborate closely with global functions, Market Units, and the central transformation team, engaging with stakeholders across regions to gather requirements, design master data, and implement SAP templates.…
