Job Summary: The Sr Compliance Analyst oversees regulatory and business compliance practices. Uses functional and technical expertise to evaluate day-to-day operations, establishes robust auditing procedures, guides stakeholders, and partners with the Payroll Manager to sustain a comprehensive payroll compliance operations program.
