The Psychologist is responsible for providing a range of clinical duties and psychology services, serving as the program expert on therapeutic interventions. The Psychologist’s primary areas of responsibility include the following: · Providing expertise in overseeing clinical interventions that reflect best therapeutic practices. · Providing training, consultation, and supervision to staff responsible for the direct care of clients. · Facilitate development of healthy and safe therapeutic milieu. · Provide direct care as appropriate consistent with professional psychological standards and minimum care standards as outlined by licensing and accreditation bodies. · Engage in program development and clinical interventions that aligns with best practices and empirically supported treatments.…
