About this role

ICF NEXT is looking for an Information Architect and Content Expert to join its intramuros team. The objective of this contract is to enhance a major digital platform's information architecture, content organisation, and user experience within a Drupal environment, contributing to a clearer, more consistent, and user-centred digital experience. In summary, the consultant will: Contribute to the overall user experience (UX) and information architecture strategy. Improve content structure, navigation, and labelling to enhance clarity and findability. Ensure content is presented in a consistent, accessible, and user-friendly manner within an enterprise Drupal platform.
