About this role

The Work: ICF seeks a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of a mission-critical Salesforce-based SaaS solution for the US Department of Homeland Security. The QA Engineer will develop and execute test plans, validate system functionality, and ensure compliance with federal security standards. Job Location: Remote work is authorized. Must support US Eastern time zone working hours. What You Will Do: Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate Salesforce-based system functionality, workflows, and integrations.
