Position Summary Machine Operators at Proterial set up, operate, and monitor machinery that includes, but is not limited to: shaping thermoplastics, braiding cables, and assembling conductor groups into final products, ensuring adherence to precise specifications. The job involves exposure to fumes, moving parts, vibration, and loud noise, emphasizing the importance of these operators in maintaining production quality and efficiency. Machine Operator I’s will be responsible for one of the functions listed below. Take Up/Utility: Part of an operation to support the feeding of materials, moving reels, and general work on a production line. Respool: Runs wire and cable through equipment to ready and/or pack for shipment or to provide as WIP for future operations.…
