Job Description Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR Technology & Employee Experience, the Sr. Manager, HRIS is accountable for the integrity, quality, and future-readiness of Extendicare's HR system configurations and HR data. The Sr. Manager establishes and enforces a coherent approach to Workday architecture and data governance, ensuring that all configurations are purposefully designed, thoroughly tested, and evaluated against current and emerging platform capabilities before release.
