About this role

The Sony Pictures Entertainment Legal team is hiring a legal professional to join our corporate headquarters in Culver City, CA. This role will primarily support the Sony Pictures Consumer Products department reporting to the SVP, Business & Legal Affairs. Responsibilities: Draft, negotiate and process a high volume of merchandising licensing agreements (and related agreements, correspondence, etc.) Track status of the agreements and all related matters. Research and analyze legal issues (including rights analysis, content clearance, labor, etc.) Management of antipiracy efforts (trademark protection, enforcement, C&Ds, etc.) General problem-solving on a daily basis.…
