Kennel Technician

Key Responsibilities Clean, disinfect, and maintain kennels, cages, treatment areas, and common spaces according to hospital protocols Feed, water, walk, and monitor hospitalized and boarding animals Observe pets for changes in behavior, appetite, or condition and report concerns to veterinary staff Assist with patient comfort, including bedding changes, enrichment, and basic handling Launder towels, bedding, and other reusable supplies Restock cleaning and animal care supplies as needed Safely handle animals of varying sizes, breeds, and temperaments Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines Provide support to veterinary technicians and doctors as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience working with animals (professional…
