Job Overview: Job Summary The Concrete Paving Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete paving operations for heavy civil projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves direct supervision of crews, equipment, and materials on job sites. This role requires frequent travel throughout Texas, including Central, West, and South Texas, with additional travel to other locations as needed to support business operations.
