Job Overview: The Contracts Analyst I position offers an entry to the Contracting Department at the base level. This position supports Contracts Analyst II, Senior, and Management level positions within Contracts as necessary. Contracts Analyst I assists with oversight of the contracting process during bidding, pre-construction, and construction phases as the Contracts group is involved. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: •Track and maintain correct version history of exhibits and other documents sent and received. •Perform document control functions including managing internal and external file repositories, organizing file structures, and ensuring that records are maintained and up to date. •Draft email list of action items to responsible parties after meetings as required.…
