Job Overview: This position involves performing various manual labor tasks at the Desert Pine Photovoltaic (PV) project site, supporting the construction and maintenance of solar energy infrastructure. This role does not require driving company vehicles. Job Responsibilities:** * Assist with the unloading, staging, and movement of materials, including solar panels, racking components, and electrical equipment. * Perform general site clean-up and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work environment. * Dig trenches, shovel dirt, and backfill excavations manually or with hand tools. * Assist skilled tradespersons (electricians, pipefitters, etc.) with tasks as directed, such as holding materials, fetching tools, and preparing work areas.…
