Equipment Team Leadership & Team Management Provides leadership of equipment staff in both corporate and field locations directly and via direct reports . This includes staff planning, scheduling, training and development, performance reviews, corrective actions and coaching . Oversea training for new staff utilizing the staff onboarding matrix to ensure the best possible initiation of new staff to PRE. Develops and maintains a good working relationship with clients, subcontractors, vendors and co-workers to strengthen company position.…
