Job Overview: The Fiber Splicer at Primoris Services Corporation will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic cables and related infrastructure. This role ensures the reliable and efficient operation of fiber networks, adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Job Responsibilities** * Perform fusion and mechanical splicing of fiber optic cables (single-mode and multi-mode) in various environments (aerial, underground, and inside plant). * Interpret and understand fiber optic network designs, schematics, and splice diagrams. * Test fiber optic cables for continuity, loss, and reflectivity using OTDR, power meters, and light sources. * Troubleshoot and repair fiber optic cable breaks, damage, and connectivity issues.…
