Job Overview: The Preconstruction Compliance Specialist supports prevailing wage compliance, Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) requirements, Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) labor standards, and apprenticeship wage compliance activities under the direction and supervision of department leadership. This position supports estimating activities, maintains project compliance infrastructure, prepares Department of Labor conformance requests, monitors regulatory changes, and helps ensure accurate wage determinations are communicated and implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
