Job Overview: Facilities Maintenance Manager Leads all plant maintenance and reliability activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment supporting injection molding, metal fabrication, and wire harness manufacturing. Owns preventive and predictive maintenance programs, directs maintenance personnel and supervisors, drives continuous improvement, and minimizes equipment downtime in support of production, quality, and safety goals.
