EHS Specialist (EHS & Security Program Specialist) Location: Hayward,San Carlos CA (on-site) About 1X We build humanoid robots that work alongside people to solve labor shortages and create abundance. Role Overview We are seeking an EHS Specialist to support the EHS & Security Lead in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving environmental health, safety, and physical security programs across manufacturing and office operations at 1X. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. The EHS Specialist is responsible for inspections, documentation, training coordination, compliance tracking, and day-to-day program support.
