About The Role Reporting to the Shift Manager, as a First Line Manager you will have 4 direct reports (Team Leaders) and approximately 40 indirect reports. You will take ownership of production line output across various lines in the Wholebird operation, ensuring each line operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
