About Brand new role working as Night Hygiene First Line Manger (FLM) . Due to an increase in team size, we are recruiting into a new management role, this could be a great opportunity for you! The position of Night Hygiene First Line Manager is responsible for leading and managing all cleaning operations during the night shift within our poultry processing facility. The post holder must ensure full compliance with UK food safety legislation and retailer standards, including requirements set by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), Health and Safety Executive (HSE) , and local authorities. The post holder will have personal accountability for approx. 80 colleagues taking full accountability for managing all aspects of safe, effective and efficient conduct, absence and performance.…
