About this role

About 2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe currently have vacancies for Team Leaders within our Cutting department. These opportunities are available on our rotating shift pattern: 06:00-14:30 Mon-Sat and 14:30-23:00 Mon-Fri. The Team Leader positions are hourly paid and attract a rate of £15.00 per hour (x1.2 paid for Saturday). About The Role As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of 10-15 staff on a fast-moving food line. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Efficient teamworking, ensuring a cohesive operational unit. Completion of relevant documentation efficiently and appropriately.
