About this role

About 2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe currently have a vacancy for a Team Leader . This opportunity is available on our rotating shift pattern: 06:00-14:30 Mon-Sat and 14:30-23:00 Mon-Fri . The Team Leader position is hourly paid and attracts a rate of £15.00 per hour (x1.2 paid for Saturday). As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of 10-15 staff in a fast-moving food production area. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Efficient teamworking, ensuring a cohesive operational unit. Completion of relevant documentation efficiently and appropriately. Training of colleagues within your department, to adhere to SOPs. Supervise the safe working and well-being of all employees deployed within your area of operations.…
