Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager, Aquatics to help lead our aquatics programs, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional service for all members. In this role, you’ll assist in managing staff, enhancing program operations, and fostering a positive and welcoming aquatic environment. Responsibilities: Recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, and Aquatics Service Desk Staff. Conduct new staff orientation, ongoing training sessions, and performance reviews. Develop and maintain schedules for Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, and Service Desk Staff, including coverage for special events.
