Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team. As our new General Manager you will: Hire, supervise, mentor and evaluate department leads and team members (Operations, Fitness, Group Exercise, Membership Services, Facility Attendants). Foster and manage quality relationships with client and site members and various client ERGs and departments (medical, benefits, cafeteria, facilities). Drive, track and report on key metrics regularly. Provide regular budget reviews and help to control cost of goods & services, ability to demonstrate cost savings/avoidance without compromising quality.
