Who are we looking for This position is for an individual contributor in Talent Development & Learning’s – Global Facilitation team responsible for the Functional trainings for employees in India and several global offices as per the requirement. This person is responsible for delivery and for monitoring the performance of New hire onboarding program for all new hires to the company and for the delivery of advanced skills training globally. The role requires the person to be well versed in the financial services industry, departmental policies and company policies.
