The IT Service Management Consultant – Environment Management is responsible for leading the Firm’s ITIL Environment Management practice, ensuring technology environments are controlled, understood and effectively governed across the service lifecycle. The role will scrutinise the managed service provider’s performance, with a focus on environment stability, availability, ownership, documentation and compliance with agreed operational standards.
