About the Role We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure compliance, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, auditing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end financial operations, accounting, and reporting. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
