1. 渠道战略与规划 制定和执行DTP（Direct-to-Patient/直接面向患者）渠道的战略 维护和优化渠道路线图 确保渠道目标与公司整体业务目标对齐 2. 项目与计划管理 管理与DTP渠道相关的复杂项目和计划 协调多个相互关联的项目以实现业务目标 跟踪可交付成果并管理风险 3. 利益相关者管理 与内部团队、合作伙伴和供应商协调 确保有效的沟通和信息流 管理依赖关系和解决冲突 4. 资源与预算管理 管理分配给DTP渠道的资源 监督预算执行 优化成本效益 5. 性能监控与报告 跟踪关键绩效指标（KPIs） 定期报告进展情况 识别改进机会 Pursue progress , discover extraordinary Better is out there.
