About this role
Management Level H Essential Duties: • Act as the main point-of-contact for the live production of webcasts, recordings and live trainings for Notified Streaming Products • Learn and stay current with the live webcasting aspects of all Notified streaming products • Understand workflows related to Notified platforms and all webcasting types • Employ those workflows as appropriate for client sessions • Work with Webcast Managers to ensure all client requests are fulfilled • Use platform knowledge to troubleshoot issues quickly and decisively • Escalate problems quickly and accurately • Provide a high level of customer support during live webcast sessions, focusing on client needs and building a rapport with speakers and client stakeholders • Process webcast media to client specifications aft…
