About the Role: 美容のプロとして、当社の製品知識に基づきお客様のニーズを的確に捉え、 ⼀⼈⼀⼈ の満 ⾜ 度を ⾼ められるよう対応し、お客様が満 ⾜ され快適にエクスペリエンスセンターをご利 ⽤ 頂けるようサポートして頂きます。 また、これらの顧客サ ービス業務を遂 ⾏ するために必要な製品の管理、店舗の美化や備品の管理もご担当いただきます。 What you'll need: １ . 接客業務経験があること。 ２ . サービスの基本を ⾝ に着けており、笑顔での接客、気持ちの良い挨拶などの対応が ⾃ 然にできること。 ３ . 製品知識を得るために学習する意欲があること。 ４ . 業務に使 ⽤ するパソコンやタブレットでメールや Excel などの基本操作ができること。 ５ . ビューティー＆ウエルネスに興味があること。
