Job Description: Guggenheim Securities’ Capital Structure Advisory Group is a leading advisor to companies, creditors, investors, shareholders, and other constituents, navigating complex financial situations and financial distress, including comprehensive balance sheet recapitalizations, liability management transactions facilitated via amendment, exchange and consent solicitation, chapter 11 restructurings, distressed financings and distressed M&A. Recent transactions include Lumen, MultiPlan (nka Claritev), Azul Brazilian Airlines, Rite Aid, Hawaiian Electric, Hertz, Family Dollar, and the FDIC regarding the resolutions of First Republic Bank and Silicon Valley Bank.
