Job Description: Position Summary Guggenheim Securities (“GS”) is seeking an experienced Associate / Vice President to join its Private Capital Advisory team in New York. Private Capital Advisory is a rapidly growing and critically important strategic initiative for Guggenheim Securities. The team advises private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate sponsors with a focus on GP-led secondary transactions such as continuation funds, while also advising investors on structured LP secondary transactions such as collateralized fund obligations. Candidates will join a highly collaborative team that works very closely with industry bankers on its transactions. GS offers a unique opportunity to work on deal teams with meaningful exposure to senior bankers and clients.…
