Summary/Objectives The Production Line Leader is responsible for executing the production schedule, managing line resources, coordinating with operators and GP12, handling WIP parts, and ensuring the production of high-quality finished goods. Essential Functions Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and enforce safety regulations among line operators. Accurately record production data in the Oracle system, including material receiving and WIP/product handover procedures. Identify and report equipment, process, quality, or safety issues, following process documents to resolve abnormalities.
