Overview As an HRBP Manager, you will serve as a strategic consultant to business teams within 2C2P, working closely with the HR Director to align people strategies with business goals to drive growth in the fast-evolving fintech sector and ensure that 2C2P remains an employer of choice for top tech talent. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders and work closely with the HR Director to translate business objectives into actionable workforce plans. Lead performance management cycles, talent calibration, and high-potential development to sustain a high-performance culture across all departments.
